Kamal Haasan’s soon to be released ’Manmadhan Ambu’ has created a new record for a Kamal film in the USA& Canada market.

Bharat Creation, the well known distributors of Tamil and Telugu movies in North America has bagged the rights for ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ and ‘Manmadha Banam’ for distribution in the region for a record price. Sources say Bharat Creations has paid Rs 3 Crore for the right which is almost double of what was paid for the epic ‘Dasavatharam’.

Bharat Creation is the leading distributor of Tamil films in North America which had distributed most of the extra-large films in recent times including for Endhiran, Sivaji, Kanthaswamy, Aadhavan, Anniyan and Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam.

’Manmadhan Ambu’ starring Kamal Haasan, Madhavan, Trisha, Sangeetha and others is a romantic comedy directed by KS Ravikumar and produced by Red Giant Movies. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music. The movie will be released this Christmas season in North America.
